Common questions regarding season pass payment plans:

  • My Account is Blocked
    • This is due to a missing payment. A missing payment could be a result of an expired payment card on file. To correct this issue and remove the block, select "Make a payment and update my credit card on file" in the reason for your inquiry options below and then choose "Pay Past Due Balance" in the Payment Amount field.
  • My Account is Current but Need to Change Payment Card
    • Please select "Update my credit card on file for future payments" in the reason for your inquiry options below.
  • I Want to Pay off My Plan
    • Simply select "Update my credit card on file for future payments" in the reason for your inquiry options below and then choose "Pay Remaining Balance" in the Payment Amount field.
This can be found within the Installment Billing module of your My Dollywood Account or the email you received with your contract terms. It is either an 11-digit number beginning with 1622 or a 10-digit number beginning with 952. Please note: If you have multiple contracts, please fill out this form for each contract.
